ABOUT ME

I build better systems — for teams, for operations, and for myself.

For over 12 years, I’ve led operations in high‑volume environments, solving problems, improving workflows, and helping teams perform at their best. My career began in logistics and inventory management, where I learned the value of clarity, structure, and accountability. Over time, I became the person others relied on to fix broken processes, train new staff, and bring order to complexity.

That mindset — always learning, always improving — led me to analytics.

I’ve since earned certifications in Data Analysis, AI Fundamentals, Data Literacy, and Associate Data Analyst credentials through DataCamp. I’ve also completed ACT WorkKeys at the Platinum level, demonstrating advanced applied math, graphic literacy, and workplace document skills. These tools have expanded how I approach problems: not just with instinct and experience, but with data‑driven insight.

I’m passionate about continuous improvement. Whether I’m optimizing delivery routes, reconciling inventory across systems, or building training documentation from scratch, I bring a calm, methodical approach to every challenge. I believe that good systems empower people — and that clarity is the foundation of great work.

Outside of operations, I coach youth soccer and wrestling. These roles keep me grounded, remind me how people learn, and reinforce the importance of communication, patience, and structure. Coaching has taught me that leadership isn’t just about results — it’s about trust, consistency, and helping others grow.

I’m proud of the systems I’ve built, the teams I’ve supported, and the certifications I’ve earned. But I’m even more excited about what comes next — applying everything I’ve learned to help organizations work smarter, scale faster, and build with purpose.
